Somatic Activated Healing Method (SAH) is an engaging, high-energy practice combining multiple modalities like freeform dance, breathwork, affirmations, and intentional somatic activation. This isn’t just dance; it’s a space where conscious movement meditation meets creative, playful expression, helping you shake off what no longer serves you and reconnect with your authentic, liberated self.

What to Bring- Comfy light clothes for dancing, water bottle (will have access to water on site, journal, bathing suit/towel (if you want to swim after dancing)
