We’re opening the doors for another sneak peek of what’s coming to Hamilton’s food scene. This is your chance to see the space before the major renovations begin — and get a taste of what’s to come.

• Wood-fired pizzas, made fresh in our mobile oven — available for purchase
• Beer & wine served on site
• A fast-casual vibe: order using QR code and eat indoors or on the patio
• A first look at our future menus drafts and the flavors we’re developing
• Posters showing our architectural and renovation plans
• Friendly faces, community conversation, and lots of excitement

This is the start of something new in the Rossville Historic business district! We’re creating a warm, welcoming Italian kitchen with fire at its heart and Hamilton in its bones. Come see it before the full transformation begins.
