Hallandale Beach Tree Giveaway

Community Greening will be passing out FREE TREES with the Hallandale Beach CRA on Thursday, June 19th, starting at noon during the Juneteenth Celebration at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park & Dream Center!

This will be a Walk-up Tree Giveaway, with options of both native and fruit trees.

Trees will be passed out on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of three trees per household (1 fruit tree max).

Must be a Hallandale Beach Resident to receive a tree.

Species Options:
Native Trees: inkwood, paradise tree
Fruit Trees: avocado, Barbados cherry

All trees will come in 3 gallon containers.

Trees should be planted in the ground – they will not to thrive in a pot/planter. Trees will come with species information and planting guides.
