Expanding Mindset on the Garden: Thinking Outside the Bed

This is the second in of a series of gardening and wellbeing workshops with Susie Michael, a Masters level clinically trained practicing community herbalist. The deep relationships she has cultivated with plants led her to discover the innate multidimensional healing power of plants. She is an evolving student of Ayurveda lifestyle, and a certified practitioner of energy medicine and aromatherapy. Her love of plants is infectious. She can’t wait to introduce you to your new green friends.

Participants can expect to learn about:

permaculture;
rewilding;
how to create an ecosystem;
why biodiversity is important;
food, medicine, nourishment from trees to weeds;
local natives, medicinal, and non-veg crops;
creating a sanctuary;
and ‘how to’ tips for implementing your garden.
The next workshop will cover “Building Relationships with Plants for Holistic Health & Happiness: Weeds, Wild Edibles & Garden Medicinals.”
