Building Relationships with Plants for Holistic Health & Happiness: Weeds, Edibles & Garden Medicina

This is the third in of a series of gardening and wellbeing workshops with Susie Michael, a Masters level clinically trained practicing community herbalist. The deep relationships she has cultivated with plants led her to discover the innate multidimensional healing power of plants. She is an evolving student of Ayurveda lifestyle, and a certified practitioner of energy medicine and aromatherapy. Her love of plants is infectious. She can’t wait to introduce you to your new green friends.

Participants can expect to learn about:

botany identification;
human physiology in relation to plants;
nourishment;
the role plants play in self-care;
how best to use medicinal herbs.
