🖥️💡 Click, Type, Scroll: Internet & Computer Skills for Everyday Life
(A workshop for autistic adults and carer's who want to feel more confident with technology)
Lost in the land of toolbars, tabs and pop-ups? You’re not alone!
If the internet feels like a jungle and Microsoft Word keeps doing things you definitely didn’t ask it to, this workshop is here to help.
👨💻 What we’ll cover (at your pace):
🧭 Navigating the internet – how to search, stay safe, and actually find what you’re looking for
🛒 How to buy things online (safely!) – from groceries to gifts without the stress
📝 Microsoft Word – writing, formatting, and making documents that don’t turn into a puzzle
📊 Excel – basic spreadsheets, adding up stuff, and using tables that make sense
🧠 Plus: hands-on activities, real-world examples, and lots of gentle support
💬 We know tech can feel overwhelming — especially when no one ever taught you how to use it. This workshop is neurodivergent-friendly, no-pressure, and totally beginner-safe.
🎯 Whether you want to learn to type up your own letters, keep track of your budget, or just finally understand what all those little icons do — this is the space for you.
