We’re excited to launch a FREE 4-week Job Readiness Program (every Tuesday) specifically designed to support autistic individuals, in building the skills and confidence needed to prepare for employment or further study.
💼 Who is this for?
Autistic individuals, ages 13+ who are ready to take the next step toward work, study, or volunteering. Whether you're just starting to think about jobs or already working with a disability employment service — this program can help.
Week 1 – Discover Your Interests
🔍 Explore your passions, strengths, and what kind of job or study path might suit you.
🧠 Activities to help you reflect on what you enjoy and want to pursue.
Week 2 – Resume Building + Guest Speaker
📄 Create your own resume, step by step, with support.
🎤 Special guest from a Disability Employment Service (DES) to share their resume writing expertise and give us insight to what employers look for and how they support job seekers.
Week 3 – Interview Skills & Dressing for Success
🧥 Learn what to wear and how to present yourself for interviews.
🎭 Practice real interview questions in a safe, supportive environment with mock interviews.
Week 4 – Final Touches + Graduation!
✅ Finish and polish your resume.
🤝 Transition into Disability Employment Service.
🏅 Celebrate your achievements at our mini–Graduation Ceremony with certificates and fun!
