Slow Flow Relax and Restore Yoga

Come on over for a gentle, relaxing and meditative practice under the stars and ambient string lights 🙏 please feel free to bring any props, pillows, blankets though I have plenty to lend! Most importantly dress comfortably and bring an open heart and mind!

My husband Mark and I invite you to join Jessica at our home on Wednesday evening at 7pm for a restorative, gentle yoga, (maybe with a little Yin mixed in), and relaxing savasana (closing meditation)

We welcome you with open arms to step into our little Gulfport oasis, release stress with movement and relax in nature.
