Have you ever wondered why patterns of pain or tension linger in certain parts of your body or why old emotions seem to live in your hips, shoulders, or spine? This unique workshop is backed by research, blending gentle yoga and body mapping—a creative arts-based somatic practice designed to help you:

· decode physical, emotional, and psychological patterns that contribute to chronic pain, depression, and anxiety

· cultivate deeper self-awareness through movement, breath, and guided exploration

· leave with practical tools to nurture a lasting mind-body connection

No art or yoga experience needed—just curiosity! Led by Laura Beth Blomquist, a licensed somatic psychotherapist, doctoral researcher, and yoga teacher with a focus on trauma-informed, research-backed healing.
