🎄 This is for residents living in south Pinellas County (south of Ulmerton Road). Para residentes que vivan en el sur del Condado de Pinellas (al sur de Ulmerton Road).
🎁 Children 12 and under are eligible to receive gifts. Solo niños, desde recién nacidos hasta 12 años, son elegibles para recbir regalos.
🚫 Applicants who received assistance in 2022, 2023, and 2024 (consecutively) will not be accepted. No se aceptarán solicitantes que recibieron asistencia en 2022, 2023 y 2024 (consecutivamente).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
• Applicant ID
• Proof of Residency (Electric Bill, Telephone Number, etc.)
• Birth Certificate for Every Child under 12
• Proof of Income such as a Recent Paystub, SSI Benefits, Child Support, SNAP/TANF, Unemployment, etc.
DOCUMENTOS REQUERIDOS PARA LA INSCRIPCIÓN:
• ID Del Solicitante
• Comprobante de Residencia (Cuenta de Luz, Teléfono, etc.)
• Certificado de Nacimiento Por Cada Niño Menor de 12 Años
