🗑♻️This Trash group theme is May-August will be creating crafts to enhance gardens or beauty to our homes by bringing more life to them with our own unique crafting & creating!
🤸♀️🖼Each class meetup we will in one way or another use up... "trash!" its not really known what to do with all the trash we produce, so why not craft?! Our landfills poision, if we burn we pollute or worse... so why not create purposeful goods?!
This class is 🐞Paper mache DOODLE BEETLES!
This will be a 2 class project you can choose to join in just one class if you choose to paint/seal your doodle beetles at home.
Each class will be $15 per kit making a total of $30 per beetle, the kits will have to supplies to create one large or 2 smaller ones! Then the 2nd class the $15 will cover paint/sealer for each kit purchased. siblings/friends could easily create together using one kit.
Come join us and make a unique wall hanging for the side of your house, in your loving room, hang from a tree, add to your garden... place wherever you'd like!
Give it some wings to make into a nature feeder!
Oh and of course there will be glow in the dark paint available on class 2 (paper mache needs 24hour dry time!)
I will also share some tid bits on the importance of beetles b/c they sure are mighty magnificent! If anyone holds beetle knowledge a sharing circle of the things we know about beetles will be held!
Also, bring a show and tell if you'd like as well! I will also have bug kits for beetle hunts!
If you'd like to hang out with us after clads bring swim suits and sun gear! to swim we might go to a different location depending on how the water is.

You will need to... bring your imagination, or atleast curiosity to expand it! Other than that bring... yourself, a friend or 2, kids, kids friends, something to eat... & to share if you'd like, but make sure you bring a personal drink as well as a fork/spoon/plate just incase! ☀️🫶🐦
I will supply everything for the creations, but if you could bring some of your own Trash that you have that'd be great too! Bonus fun is, if you gather it from picking up litter!
I'd like to have a fun competition for each craft group with trash pickups!
We will do group trash clean ups for anyone who wants to have fun with us doing that! And I'll probably have some really cool exciting trash facts that I'll spew about or have someone else way more qaulified than me to come chat about trash!
Be prepared to possibly have alot of fun!

Something to take wet projects home in until my space is ready.

Each craft class cprice will be posted in the individual event. You will have options to purchase extra decorations if you want more than what comes in your kit. I'll bring what I can for extras
