Dr Gray is trained in Developmental Kinesiology, which is a technique that strengthens the body by exercising in positions of human development. This not only gets the body’s muscles firing, but also engages the brain so that muscle recruitment and body movement are optimal. This method of training balances the muscles around each joint to correct movement imbalances before they become injuries.
