What is Zumba Gold?
Zumba Gold is a fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed specifically for older adults. Set to lively music and guided by a certified instructor, it’s a great way to stay active, improve balance, and enjoy social time with others.

Day & Time: Every Thursday at 11:00 AM, beginning May 15th
Who Can Attend: Community members with a valid Silver Sneakers membership
Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
