Gibbet Hill Farm Field School • Hand-Made Pasta

Join us for a culinary adventure on the farm!

This pasta making class is a hands-on experience that celebrates the simplicity of Italian cuisine. Under expert guidance, you will learn the timeless secrets of crafting pasta from scratch with basic ingredients you already have in your kitchen. From mixing the basic ingredients to kneading the dough to achieve the perfect texture, you'll leave this class empowered to create a tasty pasta dish on your own. Class participants will sample the pasta made in class and as a bonus participants will learn to make the perfect basil pesto as an accompaniment.

Price per person includes materials and samples.

The class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activities, but please bring gloves that is your preference for garden work.
