Mindfulness Meditation + Story Time Yoga Class for Ages 5-9

Join us this Saturday, June 28, as kids ages 5-9 explore the concept of positive visualization in our Mindfulness Meditation + Story Time Yoga Class!
Positive visualizations for kids involve guiding them to imagine positive outcomes and scenarios to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
What is included?
• A Calming Corner T-shirt to wear during class
• A hands-on craft
• Take-home positive affirmations
Session Times:
Ages 5–6: 9–10:30 AM
Ages 7–9: 11–12:30 PM
The drop-in rate is $20 for the 1 hour and 30 minute session.
