Stewart Gallery in the Grinnell Arts Center welcomes a new exhibit of ceramic work by Jess Lease & Kelly Maynard, entitled Roots & Wings: Conversations in Clay with Cornelia Clarke. Ceramic artists Lease and Maynard took inspiration from the biography, images, and ethos of Grinnell celebrity and quirky single woman Cornelia Clarke (1884-1936), who was an accomplished professional science and nature photographer steeped in the biodiversity of rural Iowa.

Regular Stewart Gallery hours are 11 am - 5 pm, Tuesdays through Fridays, and 10 am - 12 pm, Saturdays. Stewart Gallery is located in the Grinnell Arts Center, 926 Broad St, Grinnell, Iowa. Free entry to all.
