Registration is OPEN for the Summer Series of Classes and there’s something for everyone! Sign up by June 11th and SAVE!
The series begins June 23 and runs through August 28, 2025.

Gentle Chair Yoga

The Joy of Yoga & Wellness is located at 345B S. Washington St. in Greencastle PA. The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC. The studio is tucked within the training, gym,FitterU. Upon entering the red door, please keep to your right as you make your way back to the studio.
Please bring a mat or you can use a studio yoga mat. Everything else you need for the practice is provided…including snacks and water!
