Pre/Postnatal Yoga

Starting June 15, join Megan on Sunday mornings at 11:15 for pre/postnatal yoga! Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga offer a nurturing and supportive space where you can deepen your connection with your growing baby while caring for yourself, both during and after pregnancy. Through a thoughtfully designed sequence of yoga postures and gentle breath work, these classes help ease the physical and emotional challenges of each trimester and beyond, preparing you for a smoother delivery and postpartum recovery. Regular practice can help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as heartburn, swelling, back pain, and sciatica. A postnatal practice can also ease you back into exploring movement- no matter where you are in your pregnancy journey, this class is a gem!
