Supporting Female Reproductive Health with Yoga

What if you could tap into the immense power of yoga to nurture your well-being, honor your body, and embrace the unique journey of being a woman?

In this interactive session you will learn how to use yoga, breathwork and myofascial release to support the 4 different phases of the female reproductive cycle from both a Western and Chinese Medicine perspective. We will discuss yin/yang theory, meridians and acupressure points, and best forms of movement and nourishment during each phase.

You will also learn tactics to support PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, PMS, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), amenorrhea (lack of periods) and heavy periods.

Through this training you will increase your pelvic body awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and feel more empowered as a female in reproductive years.

This class is led by Megan Goerlinger, certified yoga instructor and athletic trainer, who recently completed training on this topic during her 500 Hour Yoga Training with Yoga Medicine.
