🗓️ September 24, 2025 | Dr. Amy Cuddy: Personal Power and Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Challenges

• Dr. Cuddy’s 2012 TED Talk, Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are, is the second-most popular of all time, with more than 70 million views. Her New York Times bestseller, Presence, described in the NYT Sunday Book Review as “...concrete and inspiring, simple but ambitious - above all, truly powerful,” has sold over half a million copies and been published in 35 languages. In 2025, she will publish her next book, Bullies, Bystanders, & Bravehearts (HarperCollins), on the psychology of bullying among adults — and how we find the courage and tools to stop it.

🗓️ October 30, 2025 | Leif Babin: Extreme Ownership

• A former U.S. Navy SEAL officer and co-author of #1 New York Times bestseller Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALS Lead and Win, Leif Babin is the co-founder of Echelon Front, where he serves as President, leadership instructor, speaker and strategic advisor. Babin returned from combat and became the primary leadership instructor for all officers graduating from the SEAL training pipeline, reshaping SEAL leadership training to better prepare the next generation of officers for the immense challenges of combat. During his last tour, Babin served as Operations Officer and Executive Officer at a SEAL Team where he again deployed to Iraq with a Special Operations Task Force. He is the recipient of the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, and a Purple Heart.

🗓️ February 4, 2026 | Dr. Myron Rolle: Inspired Leadership: Learning from the Giants

• Dr. Myron Rolle is a Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital-trained neurosurgeon serving as the current Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellow at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He is a Rhodes Scholar, best-selling author, former All-American Florida State University football player, and former National Football League player for the Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers. He published the Rolle Scoring System — a public health rating scale used to determine a developing country’s governance around helmet safety to prevent traumatic brain injury. He has been recognized by the Congress of Neurological Surgeons for demonstrating the best operative technique in the reconstruction of upper extremity motor function using intercostal nerve transfers after a traumatic brachial plexus injury.

🗓️ March 25, 2026 | Ambassador 'Sully' Sullenberger:
Leading Your Team to Success

• After logging more than 20,000 hours of flight time, Sullenberger became internationally renowned on January 15, 2009, when he, as Captain, and his First Officer Jeff Skiles safely guided US Airways Flight 1549 to an emergency water landing in New York City’s frigid Hudson River, during what has been called the “Miracle on the Hudson.” The Airbus A320’s two engines had lost thrust following a bird strike. An extraordinarily experienced flight crew, the two pilots had 75 years combined flying experience and 50 years of airline flight.

👉 Hosted in the Miller Auditorium at the Aims Welcome Center at 4901 20th Street in Greeley, the series will expose the greater Aims community to the ideas and perspectives of thought leaders who share stories of their unique life experiences and areas of expertise. Along with keynote presentations, sessions will include moderated Q&A opportunities with the presenters.
