Please join Bhante Sujatha from the comfort of your own home for this livestream meditation practice. The value of a consistent, ongoing contemplative practice is measurable. Joy becomes more constant, emotions become sturdy, and the ability to navigate life’s situations becomes easier.

All proceeds of these monthly meditations will be donated to Bhante’s Pregnant Women & Baby Project in Sri Lanka.
