The beginning of Em’s journey in The Seventh Layer Saga, C.R. Ware’s thrilling debut series, takes place in the ever-changing seventh-layer world where magic, monsters, and mysteries never cease.

Em awakens each morning with no memory of the day before. All he knows comes from one small journal and the whispers of two shadows that follow his every step. Yet, even as his sanity threatens to break under the weight of this curse, he is given a slim hope.

The shadows urge Em to find the mystic in the distant city of Henaden. But with no map, no memory, and enemies at every turn, Em’s journey is fraught with peril.
