Begin your evening with a toast at our outdoor bar where locally crafted beverages set the tone for a relaxed yet vibrant gathering.
Tour the farm with Farmer Jones walking the land where your meal begins. Gain an intimate connection to the food the farmers and the regenerative practices that make this place special.
Gather at our stunning 110-foot handcrafted table surrounded by the beauty of nature. Here you’ll witness open-air cooking at its finest as chefs transform ingredients—harvested just steps away—into a multi-course meal smoked charred and roasted to perfection.
As the night unfolds live music fills the air blending with the warmth of the firelight. Dance on the grass sip from your glass and enjoy the company of those around you.
Close out the evening fireside where s’mores laughter and starlit skies make for a perfect ending.

A returning favorite at Locavore Farm’s Dine on the Land series Chef Adam Allison brings his signature fusion of bold Southern and Southwestern flavors to the farm’s open-air kitchen. A Food Network Chopped Champion and Supermarket Stakeout winner Adam has cooked at The Masters multiple Super Bowls alongside Guy Fieri and Aaron May and served as a private chef to celebrities and professional athletes. As the owner of Brightside Burgers Brightside Catering and Tortoise & Hare his culinary empire continues to grow but his passion remains rooted in community and food-driven philanthropy.
Chef Adam has already begun selecting ingredients for his upcoming menu at Locavore inspiring this season’s plantings with requests for specialty peppers heirloom corn and robust Southern greens. Guests will watch as he fires up the grill and smoker transforming the freshest harvest into a feast that embodies his signature style—rustic yet refined soulful yet inventive. Under the sky surrounded by the land that nourishes them guests will experience not just a meal but a revival of the senses.
As Locavore Farm celebrates a decade of Dine on the Land these chefs will not only cook—they will immerse themselves in the land harvesting alongside the team forging connections between soil fire and plate.
