Rooted: A Summer Circle For Mothers

Rooted is a six-week, nature-based therapy group for pregnant and parenting mothers. This healing-centered space is designed for those seeking mindfulness, connection, and community support.

Each session offers guided reflection, group dialogue, and nature-based practices to help participants feel grounded, supported, and empowered.

This is a closed group experience. Participants must register by July 7 to attend and are encouraged to commit to all six sessions.
