Enjoy over 8 hours of fun in the iconic "Motor City". We depart from downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, and arrive in downtown Detroit, Michigan at Cullen Plaza Detroit Riverfront. This is a full self-guided tour where you are free to make your own intintary, though we do offer meal plan options and a travel host who is happy to walk you to those specific restaurant(s). Our drop off location is within the most popular areas of downtown Detroit which do not require a car and are very walkable and bikeable, areas include:

Let us handle your breakfast and dinner reservations so you can relax on your day trip! Good Treasure Travels takes care of your bill, tax, and gratuity; once you have completed your meal, you can leave at your convenience.

Breakfast at Clique Restaurant @11:30 a.m

The Good Treasure Travels host will walk you the short distance to Clique Restaurant. This establishment is a Classic American diner fare served in a midcentury-modern setting. Your breakfast includes an entree, side, and drink.

Dinner at Texas de Brazil @ 3:00 p.m

The Good Treasure Travels host will walk you a reasonable distance from Cullen Plaza Riverfront to the Texas de Brazil restaurant. This establishment is an upscale Brazilian eatery featuring all-you-can-eat grilled meat carved tableside & a salad bar. There are no dress code requirements. Your dinner includes the all-you-eat buffet and soft drink.

Cancelation Policy

Purchasers have until April 30, 2025, 11:59 pm to cancel and refund your ticket, therefore after you cannot cancel and refund your ticket. You will be charged a 3% refund processing fee subtracted from the purchase price. Purchasers who has brought their ticket(s) on or after April 30, 2025, will not be issued a refund.

Age Policy

All ages are welcome! Children aged 1 month to 4 years are free to board if the child is held in a person's lap for the entire duration of the trip; you cannot use any other seat for baggage in any way. Baby carriages are held underneath the bus only. Ages 5 and up require a normal-priced seat.

Baggage Policy

Remember, this is a day trip so it is recommended to pack light. Each passenger is allowed 1 - 2 personal items to be with them on the bus (purse, bookbag, diaper bag, suitcase, laptop bag, etc). Also, each passenger is allowed 1 luggage bag to be placed underneath the bus in storage.
