MURPH 2025

YOUR 2025 Murph shirt MUST be ordered by APRIL 30!!

You DO NOT have to be a member to participate with us!

Please register yourself and/or family members who will be doing the Murph with us on Memorial Day at 9:15. The registration sheet is at the gym - let us know here or write it down at the gym. there are 2 options:
Option 1: If you want to do the Murph and order a t-shirt put down your name and size.
Option 2: If you want to do the Murph and NO t-shirt - please still put your name down so we can plan heats.

Non 321 Wellness members can participate with entrance fee of t-shirt! Remember you can modify the Murph workout and kids can join you. Murph is about community, challenging yourself, and coming together to recognize all who serve our country.
