Fun Activities at The Sweetheart Boutique in June

It's back and even better than last Summer! Last Summer we introduced to our store a fun and free kids craft after library camp on Thursday's. This year we are doing everything BEFORE library camp and adding Mondays to the fun. On Monday's starting at 12:30 you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with real, local authors of books! This is free and open to children and adults. We have 4 fabulous authors lined up that will have their books available for purchase, signing and a fun activity too. More about each of those authors in individual post. Then on Thursdays starting at noon we will have a fun and free craft for the children. From canvas painting to watercolors to build your own Fairy Garden these activities will be for the children and all supplies will be provided. All crafts will need to have a parent present and may need to assist your child during the craft. As we do not exclude children due to age to participate, there are some activities that your child may need more one on one help and that will have to be assisted from the parent. We are looking for volunteers for every event. So if you or you know someone that would like to volunteer, please reach out to Amanda. We are excited about this June and hope to see everyone!
