Save the date! Pitch Hit & Run is BACK!!
Saturday June 21st, 3p start time
This year, GJB is proud to host another local Pitch, Hit & Run event (baseball only) sponsored by MLB. This is FREE to any child between the ages of 7 and 14 (their age as of November 15th, 2025) and will be hosted at the Goffstown Junior Baseball Fields (corner of Mast Rd/ Normand Rd). The event is scheduled for Saturday June 21st @ 3p.
***You do NOT have be a current player registered with the league- anyone can do it! No equipment necessary, but you can bring your bat and wear your cleats if you'd like.***
What is Pitch Hit & Run? It is a skills competition that provides children the opportunity to showcase their pitching, hitting, and running abilities- it is meant to encourage a love of the game in a friendly, exciting way.
After the local competition rounds are complete, the scores are submitted and compared to other qualifiers in our region in order to determine the top 3 scorers in each division age group (7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14). The same process is followed to advance to the Finals, in which the winners are sent via an all-expenses paid trip for 2 to compete during MLB All Star Week! Check out this for more info:
