Fridays 8:00am Pilates Posture & Mobility

Get Pilates savvy! Classes are all done on a mat and include mobility & stability movements, basic posture strengthening and mindful movement and cues to create awareness within the body for optimal posture and function. This class is designed for all to attend! A mat is required.
