FOD Women's take Over: Female Gravity Youth
As part of the Forest of Dean Womens Take over Day we are offering some Female specific coaching sessions.

Does your Daughter want to learn more about gravity fed racing/riding?

Our British Cycling qualified coaches will be running monthly sessions for those teens that want to take their riding to the next level. These sessions focus on all aspects of gravity led riding/racing such as skill development, building speed, fitness planning and testing, nutrition and race preparation.
