About the event

FOD Womens Take Over: Finding your Feet: The Core Skills
The aim of 'Finding your Feet: Core Skills' mountain bike coaching session is to tackle the fundamentals of mountain biking. The course introduces skills such as body position on the bike, braking, gears and understanding the trail centre environment. Throughout the session, your coach will make use of a number of mountain bike specific coaching zones around the trail centre.

The coaching course is based at our local trail centre Pedalabikeaway which allows us to utilise the network of trails and allows you, the client, time to practice new skills all under the watchful eye of our British Cycling mountain bike coach.

There is a maximum of six participants per session so you'll receive plenty of group and one-to-one time with the coach.
