Breathwork in Glossop

Andy has carefully threaded over a decade of self-exploration, study and mentorship in NLP, Shamanism, Buddhism, Chinese Medicine and Breathwork to offer a unique space for personal transformation, focusing on community and nature-based values.

The motivation behind the in-person breathwork circles is to bring to life indigenous teachings of relating to ourselves and this world in a culturally appropriate manner that befits the modern, busy mind. Such methods focus on being rather than doing and support the embodiment of your health rather than the thinking of it.
