Yoga by the Millstream with Crystal Sound Bowls

Join us for a serene outdoor yoga experience at the beautiful and historic Terrace Mill in Terrace, MN. Surrounded by nature and the gentle sounds of flowing water, we'll begin with an all-levels yoga practice designed to ground and refresh your body and mind. Afterward, relax into stillness with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath—featuring singing bowls and ambient tones—to deepen your sense of calm and connection. Bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart for this peaceful morning in a truly special setting.
