Cat yoga allows you to enjoy the presence of adorable little cats while improving your fitness, mental and physical health. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or you’ve never done yoga before, you are warmly welcome at our kitten yoga classes.

Yoga is good for your health. Playing with cats is fun and good for your health. Doing both together is an unforgettable fun and joyful experience. Yoga helps you find an inner sense of balance and focus. It helps you relax and unwind. What better way than to play with adorable kittens?

Money from ticket sales raise money to help us care for kittens that come to PCHS. We will also have adoption forms available if any of the kittens steal your heart. Some kittens may already have applications in by the time of the event so it is not guaranteed you will be able to adopt a particular kitten, but we have a lot looking for a new home.

We will have a couple extra yoga mats but please bring your own if you have one!
