Unwind, revitalize, & find balance within as you embark on this unique crystal bowl meditation within the embrace of a candlelit labyrinth. Learn how the labyrinth can be used as a meditative tool for self-reflection & inner guidance. Set intentions for the coming season & harness the powerful energy of the solstice to manifest our desires & embrace new beginnings. Step into the sacred space of the labyrinth for a walking meditation. This ancient practice symbolizes the journey inward, offering time for reflection & release as we transition into the fullness of summer ending with a crystal bowl meditation on the labyrinth—helping to settle the mind and facilitate a journey deep within to find a sense of inner peace, transformation, & renewal.
