Hello ladies.
I hope you are all doing well.
Our next session is on Monday the 13th of October.
What do we have in store for you?
* Welcome our new members
* Daunder the tables and a catch up
* Halloween Crafts, Cards, and Dominoes, or just blether
* Our Guest Speaker - Ronnie McEwan (Retired Chief Superintendent of the Police)
* End with our wee game of bingo
* Any recommendations for tradespeople or any flyers you want to share please bring the information with you. We are coming into the more challenging months where the weather can impact houses, cars, and garden fences!
* Also, looking to plan for next year so if there are any events you think might be suitable for Ladies Blethers like craft, wellbeing etc. please let me know as it would be good to get more visibility in our community.

If anyone is around earlier on Monday night then help for the following would be fab!
* People to welcome new members (meet at door, the set-up)
* Set Up tea station and other bits
* Give out bingo stuff
* Help pack up at the end
I know not everyone can attend every session so I will ask before each of the sessions to see who can help.
Events update:
* Wreath Making on Monday 3 November - SOLD OUT Please can you pay for your session in full before the night, pennies in the folder. If for any reason you can't make it along there is no refund as I have already bought everything but you will get your bag with all of the materials for you to make it at home.
*Christmas Shopping to Livingston & High Tea on the 30th of November - 23 spaces left, so please share with your friends and family as need to get bums on seats, even if they don't want to come to the High Tea afterwards. I will be extending the invitation wider in a couple of weeks to make sure we get the bus filled. Please can you make sure you have picked what you would like for your High Tea and write it on your sheet.
*Xmas Party night on the 5th of December at the CISWO. Only 1 space left.
A wee reminder that we will be collecting all items for the foodbank during our session on Monday 24 November so that they have the items in plenty time for the Christmas parcels. I have a list of items if you are able to support, they will be at the next session and will also post in the chat.
Please bring along anything for the table of freebies, table to sell and books to swap. Remember to put your name and price on anything you wish to sell.
* Please also remember a mug for your cuppa
* Hall opens at 6.30 for a 7pm kick off
* To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
Please can you let me know if you are coming along by replying in the chat or select 'Going' in the event. Our wee group is growing and I would like to have enough tables and chairs for you coming (I am still looking into more space... the search continues) so please accept my apologies if things feel a bit 'cosy' right now.
Some of our ladies are not on social media so if you can share this information that would be great.
The session is free to attend with a donation box at the tea table. All donations go directly back into the group.
I will be running another supported conversation session from 6-6.30, it's a safe space to chat and discuss how we can support you further, if useful. Please can you let me know if this is something you would like to come along to in advance of the session.
The chat areas we currently have are being switched off soon, we need to migrate them over to Messenger and then share a link with you if you want to see the information... more on that later in the month.
