Do you find yourself stuck in patterns that seem to repeat—no matter how much you’ve worked on them? Discover how to release a legacy burden and put down inherited beliefs that limit your life.
Family Constellations is a powerful, experiential healing method that helps uncover and release inherited emotional entanglements. Whether it’s relationship struggles, anxiety, low energy, or feeling blocked in life, this work reveals the hidden dynamics that live in our family systems—and offers a path toward resolution.
In this in-person workshop in Los Angeles, you’ll step into a sacred and supportive space where ancestral stories, traumas, and loyalties can be seen and released with compassion.
Experience the transformative power of Constellation work, a unique self-discovery process that explores challenging struggles in a creative and supportive group setting. Constellations can reveal practical steps towards personal empowerment. In this workshop, we investigat the root causes of recurring negative patterns, strengthen your sense of belonging, and gain new perspectives that enable you to move forward in life with confidence and peace.
Together, we will set up several constellations. We will look at universal struggles within a supportive group of passionate individuals who are committed to self-discovery and well-being. Every participant will have the chance to engage meaningfully in all Constellations, gaining tools to help them approach life’s challenges from a place of strength and understanding.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Jess Hagan is a self-published author and an Internationally trained Constellations facilitator who has been providing private life guidance sessions since 2008. She is trained in alternative, nature-based methods to assist and hold space for people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance and behavior addictions, as well as life coach anyone needing a bit of structure to achieve a life goal.
