FREE traditional music jam at the Glendale Foothills library for Make Music Day West Valley!
The Phoenix Old Time Music Society will play a mix of traditional fiddle tunes, Appalachian Mountain music, Canadian, Irish & Scottish tunes (jigs, polkas, reels, waltzes, hornpipes) and more!
Please join us at the Glendale Foothills library from 10:30am to 12:30pm for an open Old-Time Jam Session where players of all ages and ability come together in the time-honored tradition of gathering and playing music.
Make Music West Valley, a FREE event sponsored by The West Valley Arts Council, is designed to inspire the community to play music and showcase local musical talent. This annual celebration, part of the larger Make Music Day, occurs on June 21 and features live performances across multiple locations throughout the West Valley region from 9am - 9pm!
