Annual Pack Program Planning Conference

Join us for our Annual Pack Program Planning Conference as we lay the foundation for another exciting and successful year of Scouting! This important meeting is an opportunity for all leaders and key volunteers to come together to review our pack's goals, evaluate last year's activities and plan the calendar of events, meetings and adventures for upcoming Scouting year. Agenda Includes:
Review of pack goals and objectives
Recap of the past year's highlights and lessons learned
Brainstorming and scheduling major events, campouts and service projects
Assigning roles and responsibilities
Discussing budget, fundraising and recruitment plans
