About the event

Puppy Yoga at Schon Park
Hosted by the Village of Glen Carbon, join us for an hour long session of mindful stretching & snuggles led by Simmone of SeaBright Yoga.

$40 registration covers an hour long yoga session for one person (10yrs+) with a litter of adoptable MEHS puppies AND playtime before & after! This class is capped at 20 participants. Sign up today! All proceeds benefit Metro East Humane Society.

A flower truck & food truck will also be on site for anyone who wants to stop by and learn more about MEHS and their community-driven mission. We hope to see you there!
