Join us for our next candlelit Yin Yoga & Sound Healing evening 🫶🧘🏻‍♀️🎼

This time, we’re giving you some extra time to fully immerse yourself in the benefits of the practice 🫶

What to expect:
🧘🏻‍♂️Yin Yoga (6:30–7:30pm) with Yoga_with_john – A slow and deeply nourishing practice focused on releasing tension from the body, as we hold the poses for longer to work into the connective tissues while supported by the calming sound of the chimes and crystal bowls.

🎵 Immersive Sound Bath (7:30–8:00pm) with Kirsty 11:11 Reiki & Relaxation – Drop into deep relaxation as you rest in savasana, surrounded by the healing tones and vibrations of tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, buffalo and wave drums.

☕️ After practice, take time to let the benefits of the evening settle in with a wee warming cuppa together.

This is your time to recharge, reconnect and feel refreshed at the end of the month 🫶
