Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger Bootcamp! 2025

GRD are excited to announce our Harder Better Faster Stronger Bootcamp!

Open to 18+ WFTDA aligned skaters with 2 or fewer game experience (or newer skaters with a bit more game experience who want to brush up on basic skills). Learn individual/team skills and tactics to take your game to the next level. Includes a directed scrim.

Schedule
09:15-9:30 - Kit up/warm up
9:30-10:15 Catch tactics - blocker focus on catching a jammer approaching at speed. Jammer focus on avoiding being caught by the blockers.
10:15-11:15 - Containing tactics/. Blocker focus on working as a unit to contain a jammer within the wall. Jammer focus in breaching and weakening the wall.
11:15-11:45 - Offence skills- individual skills to get your jammer out
11:45-12:05 - Lunch
12:05-12:25 - Coping with offence-skills to stop offence interference • 12:30-12:45 - Jam starts
12:50-13:45 - Directed scrim
13:45-14:00 - Stretch and injury prevention chat.
