Women's Free Self Defence classes

Free community classes, all women and young girls are welcome, come along and learn how to feel and be safer , change your mindset about what you can or can't do. You will learn practical skills for self defence but also how to increase your wellbeing and boost your health and energy .
This project is run by a well known local wellbeing charity , with support from the Volant Charitable Trust .
Join us at Govanhill Neighbourhood Centre every Wednesday at 1 pm , join anytime and attend as many sessions as you wish.
We also have evening and weekend classes in Shawlands , you can attend them too! Wednesday evening at 7.30 pm and Saturday s at 1 pm.
