Pace groups posted in the Facebook group with everything from 4:20/km to 8:00/km. head over there and pop yourself in a group. Don’t see your pace? Add it and become the new Party at the Back - you might just open the run up to someone else!

Meet and depart from Sexy Coffee on Argyle Street ( https://w3w.co/slows.door.carry) at 9:30am. Bag drop and use of bathroom available but please pack light.

Coffee and cake afterwards at Sexy Coffee Argyle street.
