Drop-in Community Banner Making Sessions: Family Session

We Are the Past. We Are the Present. We Are the Future.

This summer, join us for three free Drop-in Gorbals workshops where we’ll co-create a large, vibrant banner celebrating the rich heritage and bright future of our community.

Led by visual artist Elena Mary Harris and our Participate team, these family-friendly sessions (ages 8+) invite our neighbours, community partners, and the wider public to help shape a banner that tells our shared story — the stories we inherit, the ones we live now, and those we imagine together.

The Citizens Theatre has a long and proud history, and as we prepare to reopen, we’re inviting you to help shape what comes next. This banner will form part of our reopening events.

Come along, get creative, and be part of something lasting.
