I am delighted to be back at The Wellbeing Hub for another wonderful workshop on Tibetan Medicine.

🪷 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐓𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 🪷

In this workshop, I will help you explore your unique mind-and-body type based on Tibetan Medicine. We will begin with a grounding exercise using the 9-round purification breathing. Following that, we will analyse your mind-and-body type through a questionnaire designed to help you understand your constitution.

After this, I will explain each nyepa (energy), including its tendencies, preferences, potential imbalances, and holistic methods to achieve balance.

My hope is that this workshop will leave you feeling empowered to take charge of your health and well-being, equipping you with the knowledge to support yourself as best as possible. 💜
