Aerial for Beginners with Val

An uplifting introduction to this unique practice. With the support of the hammock, we’ll explore foundational techniques, build confidence and discover what your body is truly capable of. We cover everything from flexibility and strength training, introducing playful, freeing movements/inversions that without the support of the hammock, may seem out of reach, while with the hammock can feel natural. We’ll end with the most wonderful Shavasana in the hammocks…
