Did you know we all carry hidden voices that fuel stress, self-doubt, anxiety, or frustration — even when everything seems "fine"? These voices are called Saboteurs, and they shape how we think, feel, and respond to daily life without us even noticing.

Join us for an open, interactive discussion where we’ll explore how these sneaky patterns show up in our lives — and how to gently unlearn them. 💛
