Learn to Cook Delicious Japanese-Style Dishes Using Simple, Easy-to-Find Ingredients!
・This class isn’t just about experiencing Japanese cooking—it’s about learning how to recreate these dishes at home on your own.
・After cooking, we’ll all enjoy the meal together, so lunch is included. Any leftover food can be taken home.
・If you have any questions after the class, feel free to ask! We want to ensure you can successfully recreate these dishes at home.
・In my classes, I strive to use organic or pesticide-free vegetables, or locally sourced produce from Okinawa. I also aim to use natural Japanese ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals.
・I avoid GMOs and artificial seasonings as much as possible, so you can enjoy food that’s both safe and tasty.
●What You’ll Learn
🥟 Gyoza (Japanese Dumplings)
・Master the art of folding and cooking Japanese-style gyoza.
・Learn how to prepare a delicious filling and dipping sauce.
🍙 Onigiri (Rice Balls)
How to shape and prepare delicious rice balls with different fillings.

●Things to Bring
• One large bowl (There will be another event using bowls that day, and the kitchen will have very few bowls available.)
・Apron
・Pen
・Water bottle
・Towel or handkerchief – for wiping hands
・Headscarf or hat – to keep hair neatly tucked away for hygiene
・Container for leftovers – if you’d like to take food home
・Indoor shoes or slippers – outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited indoors
