Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga w/ Ashlee

Stand-Up Paddleboard w/ Ashlee Ball at Sledd Creek, with A Centered Space!

Join us in this 90 minute class, 50 minutes of a lovely yoga practice, testing balance, bravery, and willfulness to play. The remainder of the time is for paddling around and trying fun poses, and possibly falling in proceeded by lots of laughs!!!

June 21st at 12:30-2 pm

• Bring snacks, towels, a dry bag, water shoes with a strap, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat. Low-proficiency swimmers will be asked to wear a life jacket. Waivers provided onsite. Please participate at your own risk.

Cost is $30 class + 1 board
